Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BTM Travel and the bookings you make with us. By using the site or paying a deposit you accept them.
1. Who we are
BTM Travel is operated by Business Travel Management Ltd, a Nigerian IATA-accredited travel management company registered in Lagos.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when we receive cleared payment (deposit or full amount) and issue you a written confirmation. Prices quoted are indicative until we lock them with the supplier — Pay Jeje deposits hold today's price subject to airline fare rules.
3. Pay Jeje
Pay Jeje is an instalment arrangement between you and BTM. The deposit holds the fare; the balance must clear before the agreed date or ticket issuance may be delayed. Missed instalments may cause re-pricing based on the then-current fare.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are set by the airline or supplier and communicated before you pay. Where a refund is possible, BTM's service fee is non-refundable.
5. Travel documents
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, health/vaccination requirements). BTM can advise but is not liable for denied boarding due to invalid or missing documents.
6. Liability
BTM acts as an agent between you and airlines, hotels, insurers and other suppliers. Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the specific booking.
