When you book with BTM we collect the information needed to issue tickets and confirm bookings: your name, date of birth, passport details, contact details and payment information.

- To issue tickets, hotel bookings, visa applications and insurance policies with our suppliers.
- To communicate with you about your booking and support requests.
- To send you offers if you have opted in — you can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum information needed with airlines, hotels, visa authorities, insurers and payment processors. We do not sell your data.
How we protect it
Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant. Personal data is stored on access-controlled systems and retained only as long as required for booking, accounting and legal purposes.

You can request access to your data, correction or deletion at any time by emailing 24hours@btmtravel.net.
